HEAD NV and HTM Sport GmbH Announce The Approval of all Resolutions at the AGM, the Listing of its New Secured Bonds and Equity issued during the Bond Exchange

Amsterdam – 28th May 2010 – Head N.V. (VSX: HEAD; U.S. OTC: HEDYY.PK) (“Head”), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of sports equipment, and HTM Sport GmbH (“HTM”), a subsidiary of Head, announce that all of the resolutions put to the annual general meeting of shareholders on the 27th May 2010 were approved. Details of these resolutions can be found on the Head website (http://www.head.com). Mr. Richard Hurowitz was appointed as new member of the Supervisory Board.

As of the 27th May 2010, shares in Head NV issued as part of the HTM Bond Exchange Offer were admitted to trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange. On the 25th May 2010, Senior Secured Notes issued in August 2009 by HTM Sport GmbH were admitted to the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and can be traded on the Euro MTF Market of that Exchange.
