Lindsey Vonn signs on for ten more years with HEAD
October 30th, 2012

Lindsey Vonn has announced with delight that she will stay with HEAD. Vonn shares a common goal with HEAD and declared that she will be staying with her ski and boot supplier for the next ten years. Vonn, who won the Overall and three discipline globes last season believes that the HEAD family is the best way forward for her to achieve her career goals: To keep winning.

Vonn is the stellar star on the Women’s FIS Alpine World Cup Tour and has been with HEAD since 2009. In these past years the records have tumbled: 31 World Cup wins on HEAD skis; 2 World Championship Gold medals and a Gold at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games – not forgetting the record of the most points by a female racer in one season in 2011/12, 1980 points. The records speak for themselves in why she wants to stay with the most successful brand on the FIS Alpine World Cup last season.

The new contract with Vonn should mean that she remains on HEAD equipment for the remainder of her active racing career.

Last season was a fantastic season for the 28 year old American and as she sets herself new targets and new goals, her aspirations and hopes continue to match those of HEAD: To be the best!
